Order Policy

Every order is handled with precision and attention, and if anything doesn’t go as planned, our team is here to make it right — promptly, fairly, and with your satisfaction as our top priority.

1. Order Changes & Cancellations

Please double-check all order details — including size, color, and quantity — before completing checkout to avoid errors.

  • Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, with a 10% cancellation fee applied.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

  • To request a cancellation, please email support@chilepeak.com and include your order number for faster processing.

2. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for incorrect selections such as size or color.
If you made a mistake, you can cancel within 24 hours and place a new order instead.

Need help choosing the right fit or style? Our support team is happy to assist you before checkout to ensure your order is perfect.

3. Returns & Refunds

We accept return requests within 120 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are considered final.

Eligible for return if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product differs significantly from its online description

Not eligible for return if:

  • The item has been used, washed, or altered

  • It has minor cosmetic flaws (e.g., loose threads)

  • It’s missing original tags or packaging

  • The damage was not caused by Chilepeak

How to Request a Refund
Please email support@chilepeak.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

  • Proof of purchase

  • Shipping receipt (if applicable)

⚠️ Do not return any items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.

Refunds include the original shipping charges.
If your refund has not appeared within 10–15 business days, please contact your payment provider for assistance.

Important Notes

  • Return window: 120 days from delivery

  • Return shipping costs: Customer’s responsibility (unless caused by Chilepeak)

  • Chilepeak is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit
