Return Timeframe
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period unfortunately cannot be accepted.

A copy of your order confirmation or receipt
A brief explanation of the reason for your return
A photo or video of the item (especially if it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Our support team will review your request and reply within 72 hours with detailed return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Chilepeak error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the return is due to our mistake, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges if your item is:
Defective or damaged upon arrival, or
Incorrect in size, color, or style
To request an exchange, please email support@chilepeak.com with your replacement details. Once approved, we’ll send your new item as quickly as possible.
Exceptions & Limitations
Returns or exchanges may be refused or partially refunded if:
The request is made after 30 days from delivery
The item shows signs of wear, washing, or alteration
The product was marked as final sale or non-returnable at checkout
