At Chilepeak, we’re dedicated to ensuring that every order from chilepeak.com arrives quickly, safely, and with the highest level of care. This policy explains how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery for all online orders.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within one business day (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. Rest assured, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way so you always know when your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We work with trusted carriers to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and securely:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days within the contiguous U.S.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Coverage

Chilepeak proudly ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as APO/FPO military addresses.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes:

  • Carrier information

  • Tracking number

  • A direct link to track your order in real time

Risk of Loss & Title

All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, meaning that once the carrier accepts your package, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you. When the carrier marks your order as “Delivered,” the delivery is considered complete.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost, delayed, or missing, please:

  1. Verify that your shipping address was entered correctly during checkout.

  2. Check with neighbors or others who may have received the package.

  3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number for an update.

If the issue remains unresolved, please reach out to support@chilepeak.com within seven (7) business days of the expected delivery date. We’ll review the situation and assist as best we can.

For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier. While replacements aren’t guaranteed, our team will gladly help guide you through the process.

Incorrect Address Policy

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you promptly. You may choose to:

  • Have the order resent (additional shipping fees may apply), or

  • Request a refund (excluding the original shipping cost).

Multiple Shipments

For large or multi-item orders, products may ship separately to ensure timely delivery. You’ll receive tracking details for each package.
