Once your return is approved, the refund is typically processed within 14 business days.

2. Refund Method
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Depending on your bank or card provider, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

3. Non-Refundable Charges
Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if the entire order is returned.

  • If the return is not due to a Chilepeak error, any return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

  • Refunds do not apply to final-sale or non-returnable items marked at the time of purchase.
